Tena Ultra Briefs are for heavy incontinence. They are now made with hook and loop fasteners on each side for secure fit and wetness indicators to let you know when a change is needed. It features the Dry-Fast Dual Core which is constructed of 2 distinct layers and multi-strand leg gathers for better leakage protection. The outer cover is cloth-like. It is light blue in color. The Large Ultra briefs fit waist size 47" to 59".
